We offer adults of all experience and fitness levels the opportunity to learn Jiu Jitsu in both group and one-on-one settings.
Our 1-hour group classes are a great way to start learning and are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness / experience levels.
Class sizes are kept small to allow for lots of individual attention from the instructor. Because the same curriculum is followed in our morning, noon, and evening classes, you can come at whatever times fit your schedule.
One-on-one, individualized training with the instructor will allow an eager and dedicated student to make rapid improvement.
Class length can be tailored to your need; 30 – 60 mins. is typical, depending on your ability to process and assimilate new information. Flexible scheduling is available. We encourage all our members to attend a minimum of one private class per month to allow our instructors to support your learning and progress on the mats.
Our open mat sessions, which are free and open to visitors, provide the chance to practice what you’re learning in class.
Students from beginner to advanced can attend and practice solo or partner drills, roll with other students, work on techniques, or watch others.
