Kokoro’s chief fitness coach, Natosha, offers nutrition education, coaching, and accountability programs tailored to your needs to better support your goals on and off the mat.
Natosha has been a competitive athlete and involved in fitness her whole life. She is a Certified Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and works as part of CrossFit HQ’s Elite Team of Seminar Trainers. She travels the world to help deliver the CrossFit L1 and L2 seminars. She is also a L1 certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
For the Online Nutrition Program you will have access to weekly videos from Natosha’s own kitchen. These videos will provide education, tips and recipes. This program will also include a library of PDF resources and accountability opportunities. You will build sustainable, healthy habits which will equip you with the confidence and tools needed for long term success.
For the Nutrition Accountability Program, Natosha can provide you with daily accountability, regular face-to-face meetings, and a specific plan developed to accomplish your individual goals. This plan is for those wanting a higher level of hands on coaching and accountability.
