Kokoro’s chief fitness coach, Natosha, offers nutrition education, coaching, and accountability programs tailored to your needs to better support your goals on and off the mat.
Natosha has been a competitive athlete and involved in fitness her whole life. She is a Certified Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and works as part of CrossFit HQ’s Elite Team of Seminar Trainers. She travels the world to help deliver the CrossFit L1 and L2 seminars. She is also a L1 certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
Natosha can provide you with daily accountability, regular face-to-face meetings, and a specific plan developed to accomplish your individual goals and dietary needs, or if you prefer a more hands-off approach, she also offers email-based nutrition education to help you make gradual progress and develop healthy, sustainable habits over time.
