Our facility has plenty of mat space, workout equipment, and a sitting area.
We also have a shower available to our students to make it easy to go straight from class to the rest of your day.
Our main Mat space is fitter with 2 inch mats. Lots of space to train and roll with your training partners.
Our secondary mat space is a great place to warm up and stretch. It also doubles as our strength and conditioning space if you are looking to add some personal training to support your goals.
Just want to watch? Waiting for class time? Grab a cup of coffee in our chill area. We even have free WiFi!
