Come learn the sport of Jiu Jitsu and self-defense skills while exercising and having fun.
Our women’s class is open to ages 12y+ and all levels of fitness and experience.
We follow the gym’s weekly curriculum which is scalable to all experience levels. This is a fun and intimidating environment to come learn Jiu Jitsu and the concepts of self defense.
A uniform or gi can be worn but are not required for this class. Comfortable workout clothes including leggings or pants without zippers or pockets are suitable.
